Course One
Artichocke Longhi
A steamed California globe artichoke
finished with lemon butter and Reggiano parmesan cheese.
Course Two
Eggplant Parmesan
Italian eggplant sliced, rolled in parmesan cheese, pan fried and finished with
melted mozzarella and pomodoro sauce.
Course Three
Prawns Venice
Jumbo Gulf prawns sautéed in butter, lemon, parsley, and garlic.
Served in the shell.
Course Four
Fresh Island Fish Veronique
Sauteed in lemon, butter, white wine, finished with fresh green grapes.
*Served with family-style Asparagus
Course Five
Filet Mignon Longhi Style
Finished with sautéed basil
