Special Menu for The Good Table You will start off with Hoku's signature seafood tower. First course is a seasonal garden salad made with Ma'o Farms organic greens, roasted baby beets, tomatoes, shaved fennel, candied walnuts, and lemon tarragon vinaigrette. Second course is manila clams with an umeboshi broth, followed by the main course of pan roasted prime tenderloin of beef with rosemary potatoes, white asparagus, melted leeks, and veal reduction. Dessert is Hoku's Baked Alaska. Coffee or tee is included.
